A complete renovation of a large villa overlooking the Bay of Cannes. The grounds are being updated in 3 phases: In the first phase the studio and guesthouse were done. In the second phase we created an outside kitchen & dining area. plus a “arabian” court on the other side of the kitchen. We made some improvements to the existing planting around the property, among which was restoring the natural shape of the olive trees.

The bar and outdoor dining area are the centre of the outdoor space. This is where everyone gathers for a drink, a dip in the pool, or shared dinners at the large dining table under the shade of a spacious pergola. It offers breathtaking views of the Esterel mountains and the sea, while still feeling enclosed by lush greenery.

Two glass doors provide a view of the “Arabian court” we envisioned, offering a peaceful retreat where one can escape the buzz around the pool. 

At the villa’s top-level entrance, a modest green planting has been added beneath the existing olive trees, with Cycas palms serving as exotic accents.

The pool and terrace area will be updated next year.
